Aberdeen & District Motocross Club

Aberdeen & District Motocross Club was re-formed in 2006 by Dennis Gall & Colin Black and a suitable track was constructed by them and the land owner, Colin at Mains of Lesmoir, Rhynie.  Over the years the club has continued to grow and improve facilities at the Track. In 2012, we replaced our Portacabin and Toilet Block. In 2013, we upgraded our water system, purchased a storage container and a 4x4 UTV to improve track maintenance and raceday medical assistance.
In 2013 we added a Veteran class to our championship, where riders aged 35 and over can battle it out for the podium.

The club run a six round Championship from April to September, and also hold one of the rounds for the MCF Scottish Nationals championship (SMXF) for youth and adults (Youth-Sat, Adult-Sun)
There is a Presentation at the end of the year for the Top 6 Riders in each of the following Classes; Autos, 65cc, 85cc s/w, 85cc b/w, Rookies, Adult Expert, Adult Semi-Expert, Adult Clubman and Veteran class (Over 35's).

The landowner also opens the track for designated practice days which are posted in advance on our facebook page, for practice days you do not have to be a member or have a competition licence.
