Product Shipping, Returns & Cancellations


Shipping

All sale items will be despatched within three working days where stock allows, stock sortages will be notified in the shop area of the website. All physical products will be sent via Royal Mail tracked post.  All completed memberships will be processed and dispatched with seven working days and sent via Royal Mail second class post.

No-Quibble Returns Policy

You may return your products or cancel your membership for any reason by giving us written notice within 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods or cancel any memberships under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof or posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Where items are to be exchanged, non offer postage fees will be charged. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods to Us

In order to return any goods or cancel any memberships, please call the office within 14 days of purchase – then send your item back to us using a recorded delivery service, enclosing a letter with the goods in the original packaging stating the reason for return - clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange. The goods must be returned within 14 days of informing us.

If you fail to return any goods that you have cancelled in accordance with this policy, we may charge you a sum not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods.

International Returns

If returned from outside the EU, goods must be marked "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" and accompanied by an appropriate customs form. Please instruct your carrier to provide the necessary documentation. *Failure to comply may result in import duties being charged to your account

Faults

In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault.. We will refund or exchange faulty items. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
