EVENT MANAGEMENT

The MCF Club Database Gateway

We’ve been really busy over the years developing an online data-system that manages all of your membership, entries, race schedules and licenses – it can even automatically text and email your members with important information. This service is available to all of the MCF member clubs and will massively reduce the man-hours of the club secretary.

Each club has its own dedicated area of the MCF database from where they can draw their members information, they then have a system that allows them to keep in contact with its members through a number of mediums: Email, text and good old mailshots.

Text Service
The system will allow you to write one text and contact a choice off your entire membership or just the riders entered into any event that you chose at the press of a button.

Email Service
As with the text service, you can contact your members or entered riders with a simple to use Email system, type one Email and send it to multiple recipients.

Event Organisation
The system will allow you to create your events and manage the classes for that event. From your members information you can enter them in to any event at the click of a button, the system will even produce your signing on sheets listing riders licence numbers and class.

As you will see on the website, clubs also have the opportunity to submit news stories and race reports to be uploaded to their individual pages as well as having the ability to upload images to their own galleries.

All your clubs entry forms are available for riders to download from the MCF website and we can work with you to enable you to take entries directly in to your events with riders making credit card payments through the MCF office.

If you would like to find out more about how the system works, or maybe even arrange a demonstration for your club committee then simply go to the next step pages and fill out the form.
