3-2-1, GO! GET READY TO HIT THE DIRT!

Dirt Bike Rider and TMX news have teamed up with the MC Federation team to lay on the definitive off roaders all rounder event of the year. That’s right, after the event really came to light last year, despite the weather, the Dirt 3-2-1 is back bigger and bolder for this year and we’re going to go to town with it. Once again it will be a FatCat Motoparc in South Yorkshire and once again it will have just about every off road discipline going. The weekend of July 31/August 1st will be the date that’ll see motocross, supercross, endurocross and new for this year, sprint enduro all under one roof - so to speak.

Off course, there is no roof, but FatCat Motoparc has it all and, if the weather is better this year, it will be a cracking weekend. There’ll be a big old sized trade village with brand new bike displays where you’ll get to see plenty of the 2011 models. Then there’s stuff like a bouncey castle and the Suzuki MX try out experience to keep the kids entertained. There’ll be motocross practice sessions, a licensed bar (preferably those two are best not mixed!) and trials demos by some local geezer called Dougie Lampkin. We’ve never heard of him but apparently he’s quite good!!

The MCF will be handling the running of the actual event in same vein and professionalism as we do our Red Bull Pro Nationals, so expect to see plenty of colour, vibrancy and hopefully a slick running of the packed out schedule. The MCF will also be handling the entries for the event, so if you fancy a stab at any of the disciplines then click the link (or simply go to the entries section on this site) below and get to work on getting booked in for what will be a great weekend of dirt bike riding. Unfortunately, for you old enough to remember, Ted Rogers and Dusty Bin haven’t confirmed their appearance yet, but we are working on it!

Keep and eye out on www.dirt321.co.uk or call 01524 834030 for more information and also keep tabs on this very site, as well as TMX news and Dirt Bike Rider for regular updates and more information as we get nearer the event.
