Matt is the ‘M’ in the MC Federation. Both he and long time friend Craig Elwell decided that British motocross needed a shot in the arm and decided to do something to bring about change. Over a well earned beer after a day’s riding the MC Federation was born and here we are! Matt is an ex professional rider who raced the GP circuit for Yamaha, Kawasaki and Cagiva after an illustrious youth career.

Craig is the ‘C’ in the MC Federation. He has been involved in motocross for virtually all of his life after his father started DEP Pipes and which Craig now successfully runs. Although he is an accomplished motocross rider he chooses to be the other side of the fence and heavily involved in the industry running the family business and supporting many UK race teams.

Jeff is our man in charge of media and assisting with the running of the events. He’s responsible for working with all the pro teams and championship riders, running the website, taking care of all of our superb series partners and all trade enquires for our events. He’s also the man you need to contact if you require a media credential for an event. Like Matt, he’s an ex GP racer and has been riding since he was 7.

Steve is the man you need to contact if you have any queries regarding event management. He’s the guy you’ll see at the events looking after our loyal troops that help with the whole set up of the event, something that comes naturally with his army background. An absolute FMX nut Steve loves anything to do with off road motorcycling and producing events that are fun and memorable but most importantly – good!

That’s just the beginning of his talents though because he also takes care of organising and booking the flag marshals and dealing with our fantastic first aid crew. Roy has a vast amount of knowledge in off road motorcycling and is the main man for all things rules and regulations when it comes to the MCF. If you or your club have a query with anything from your insurance to race permits or are forming a new club or simply want your existing club to join the MCF then Roy is your first port of call.

As Sharon job title suggests she keeps things ticking over and helps the admin side of the MCF running like Swiss clockwork in her super efficient manner. She is on hand to deal with any queries or enquires regarding the running of the MCF as a business but still finds the time to get out to plenty of our events and help the crew.

Ian is our man out in the field snapping away at all of our events getting the pictures that you’ll see grace this very site. Ian is responsible for all the design with anything MCF.
